Microwave Type Sensor Module

Working principle:
The magnetic proximity Switch consists of permanent magnet (trigger part) and reed (induction part). Reed tube, also known as tongue reed tube, is constructed by encapsulating two or more soft iron electrodes in a sealed glass tube filled with inert gas. The induction part is made up of a magnetic spring switch connected by a lead and encapsulated in a finalized form. The trigger part is encapsulated in a plastic or alloy shell by a magnet with corresponding magnetic field strength. When they are separated or close to a certain distance, they cause the switch to open and disconnect, so as to sense the change of object position. It can not only complete the travel control and limit protection, but also is a non-contact detection device, which can be used to detect the size of parts and speed measurement.The microwave emitted by the transmitting antenna will be absorbed or reflected when it meets the measured object, which will change the power. Microwave detection can be realized if the receiving antenna is used to receive the microwave reflected from the measured object or the measured object, and it is converted into electrical signal, which is then processed by the measuring circuit.
